3. Payment Terms

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

For services, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not commenced. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days. Alternatively, you may transfer the scheduled service to another date at no extra cost if requested at least 7 days before the service date.

4.2 Infoproducts

Digital guides and tutorials may be refunded within 7 days of download if there are defects preventing access or use. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

4.3 Goods (Devices)

Physical devices can be returned within 15 days of delivery in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

4.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain personalized or on-site installation consultations are non-refundable once confirmed, as we allocate specialized resources and personnel. In such cases, we will offer credits toward future services of equal value.
